Cheesy Artichoke, Pepper
& Olive Bread
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (20 ounce) loaf Ciabatta Bread, cut horizontally
- 1 (12 ounce) jar Cara Mia Artichoke Salad, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 cup freshly grated Fontina Cheese
- cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 clove fresh garlic, squeezed through a garlic press
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Place bread halves, cut side facing up, onto a rimmed baking sheet.
- In a large bowl combine the chopped artichokes, peppers and olives, cheeses, green onions, garlic, mayo and yogurt. Season with pepper and stir until combined.
- Divide mixture onto both halves of bread and bake on the middle rack in your oven for 30 minutes. Rotate the pan halfway for even browning.
- After baking, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and cool the bread for 8 to 10 minutes before slicing into 1 to 2-inch strips.
