Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette or rustic loaf, sliced into ½-inch crostini (about 12 slices)
  • 2–3 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced or torn
  • 1 cup Cara Mia Tomato Bruschetta
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Step by Step:

Step 1: Toast the Crostini

Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Toast for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.

Step 2: Assemble the Bites

Top each crostini with fresh mozzarella, followed by a spoonful of Cara Mia Tomato Bruschetta.

Step 3: Finish & Serve

Add a basil leaf to each bite and a light pinch of salt if desired.
